Secrets...secrets... So many travel the world without ever being told. Yet...secrets are meant to found and to be passed. So I say... "Come out...come out...where ever you are." Then you tell me... "Take a walk down the aisle... At the end of the mile. Give your life to my charms... In the Admiral's arms. "Captivate your soul...I do. In turn...I keep my truth from you. Try as you will...you cannot win. Even though that hunger resides within." "I want to want what you want... In memeories passed it's been you that haunts. I want to see what you see... You are the only being I want so please set me free. "I want to thirst what you thirst... Please...let me be your first. I want to love what you love... Don't let me pass to the world above. "Come out...come out...where ever you are." "Leelan...I cannot do what you ask of me. So...please...let the subject be. It is not a life I would have for you. I treasure natural life just as your kind do." In reply I say... "I destroy this heart inside of me... Never stop in endless race. I can't prevent the things I see... Feel the sting of tears wet on my face. I desire what I'll never be... My mind alone in empty space. I swallow down sweet agony... Forever trapped in rusted embrace." "I'm warning you...Don't tempt me!" "Take my inner peace... Fly away to liberate me from my cage... Of which I have no release. "Come out...come out...where ever you are." "Live without your sunlight... Love without your heartbeat... Come to me and become one with me. For..you being mortal... I...I can't live within you." |
