"A Roughhewn Existence"

My depression is all-encompassing and omnipotent,
It swallows everything good.
It is vast and fearsome like the ocean,
A cavernous sadness I am lost in.
With its extensive tentacles it sacks the land around me,
It incurs the swelled King of Solemnity.

These lines are very descriptive:

My depression is all-encompassing and omnipotent,
It swallows everything good.
It is vast and fearsome like the ocean,
A cavernous sadness I am lost in.

A nit on this line:

With its extensive tentacles it sacks the land around me,

..maybe you mean "sucks"?

It incurs the swelled King of Solemnity.

I'm not really sure what this means??
