Something to hold
Someone to hold

Feeling comfort, safety…….. warmth

Feeling hatred
Feeling pain
Feeling…………… relief

Strange…… warped
So is this life we live in.

Encounters with people
The satisfaction that comes only through observation.

The observation which feeds the hunger from within

Despising,
The feeling,
Being under construction

The specimen underneath a microscopic lens

Feeding of humane misfortune
Making life seem bearable

Not knowing
Yet wanting, needing to judge

Feed off their pain.

Wow! I loved this, I liked the "rhythm", except it didn't really have any, no offence, what I'm trying to say is that I liked the choppy way of reading this poem. How, this poem was punctuated and stuff. I enjoy reading it like that...

Liked the content of the poem too, the "hunger", it's something, I belive, I can relate too...

Very nice job, this was a pleasure to read

'The specimin underneath a microscopic lens' - that was my favourite line; very powerful stuff.
(I too enjoyed the choppy, jagged sort of rhythm, that was a nice touch)

Where black, bleeding roses await the Thirteen,
I see not the stars, but the darkness between
