Staring through this frosted window
My vision reflected back at me
Waiting for the purpose
Of a look hinged on helpless

Green slowly fading
Nature giving in
Inevitable vices of mistrust
To grant one more season of hope

Refresh your hold to aspire
Turn on me, your gravity melds
Body, mind, spirit
So many disfigured souls

Absolute courage flakes
One who knows
Scraping an empty plate
Never really knowing hunger

Chipping away
Annoying little days
One more breath
Searching with blind eyes

Burden my one
Hope truly seeps
In time and trust
Tired veins carrying liquid thought

This blue shade of sky
Masks illusions of grey
Darkened heart's beat to death
Selfish act's made so easy

Learning this past
All too real
A second guess
Can I believe once more

Life is too short, how ironic

I loved it.  It rocked.  God bless.
