Maybe its strength slip into maddness
Or the roar of the fire in my heart
It just breaks concentration of my mind

Like a shift in general feel or a break in comfort
Broken hopes in their eyes
And a scattered mind to cope

Off the edge and slowly fall
Like staring through a straw, for miles and miles
The stupid angel tries to take me away

Fast random comprehension
Depression not a chance
Defeat almost certain
But what about faith?
I watch the others die in their own pace
Sleep and sweet dreams to these that disbelieve.

No turning back, this time, no walking away -Kutless

What a description!  I can feel this...

As for faith?  I believe it works, but it does it very subtly, when we're not looking!

Enjoyed your write,
