All the world sleeps, in a quiet, soft slumber, But I, awake, loving thoughts of you do I ponder, Sleeping in restful, dreaming sleep, dreams you dreams so deep, of you and I, Stars shine in a cloudless sky, moon glows, inside a skys eye, Looking down upon your world, I can see you lying still, Peacefully,quietly, alone, your heart slowly beating, breathing, subtle heaving, My spirit is there above you, looking sown upon your gentle face, How I would love to touch you, in your cozy bed, you look so sweet, Silently I look around your room, with a smile upon my face, but my eyes come back to you, I trace your face with my fingers, The moon glows upon it, Your hands I touch, so soft,kind, grabing the pillow,dreaming of me you must be, Slowly I see breath breathing up and down your chest,I move your hair and my lips bend down to kiss your forehead, cuddly and warm, coccooned inside your blankets, here I am with you watching you quietly sleep, how innocent you look, so happy, free, If only you could see me, feel me, touch me, If only you would awake, Stay asleep, rest, dream sweet dreams, as I turn to leave, I place my hand over your heart, feel my love, Gently my lips kiss yours, please always know how much I love you, Wherever you are, wherever you will be my love, my presence will always be with you, my precious heart of gold, To see you happy, content, is my joy, knowing your safe from harm, Tears fill my eyes, a flood, rain begins to pour, for I must leave you before the dawn breaks, Breaking my heart, for I want to stay, here, always close to you, by your side, I need your tender love to live, you are my life, my world, I value you most of all, My arms I place around you, for I want to hold you forever, this moment, this memory will never end, Never will you walk alone, tonight was one visit of many, To your window I fly, one last look with tear in my eye, You are my hearts song, my river that never runs dry, fly to you I will in nights of peaceful slumber, never will I say goodbye....
