I could die again today And though my flesh was made of clay I’d simply feel stains of you Tarnish me again. I could go and I could stay But no matter, there is not a way For me to escape your Ever glowing eyes. Stains of you Paranormal Supernatural Still informal ways To say you care. GG -- I love your style of writing. Very brilliant way to use "tarnish." We all get tarnished at one time or another, I think. It is the poet who is able to put that universal connection cleverly on paper and perhaps begin the "polishing" process for even more than one. Thanks. |

iliana, wow didn't expect to see this poem back up on the top, thank you. I agree that we all do get tarnished, usually several times... but when we start accepting it then real change can happen.
