where the wild flowers grow

If I have
seemed
a bit curious,
it's my
need to find
my name in
the sea..

I lost my urge to speak
long ago,
when I took away
my own skin,
and was left with nothing
but cold...

Layers have been
given new weight
and muscles have weakened..
Only sighs
rise
in the foam..
the remanence
of
salt colliding with
sand..

I've denied
myself
the right
to a
burden
that is all my own..

I have chosen
not to read
the hint of
dusk..
I have
avoided
the existence
of the sky..
Withered in
decision,
it's too easy
to admit
to yourself how
simplistic

a name can be...

I'll miss
this warmth..
I'll
kiss
the sun
as it
leaves me..

and I
will never
part this way again..
I won't
take my ashes
with me..

..I once had a shadow,
that breathed fire
..

I was mislead
by the haze
of ignorance..

Teased
by bliss..

Threw my name into a sea,
and chose
to
forget.

your poetry comes from places most haven't thought about visiting yet.
