It's really amazing how
people kiss your feet
no matter what you say
no matter what you do

I find it kind of funny
you expect that of me
to bow down and worship
to take all that you give

You are not my father
just an arrogant man
throwing weight around
taking all you can

So move on your way
leave me in the past
Remember me always
as the one you couldn't win

Oh, Kristie sue, I hope this is just a poem
and that noone is doing you that way.
It's a powerful poem, well-written.

Way to go, Kristie!  That's telling old Toerag a thing aor two!  Good for you! Of course, every other woman has said the same thing, but you had to wake up some time!
