Radar pours into my every being magnetizing
I’m eating hazardous warnings all over again
Sunlight filled windows flowering plants
Paths viewing what I myself have witnessed
Passing thought several narrow doorways, at times
Making my escape, becoming a little hard of hearing
Floating between passions and sleep….
When all of a sudden, a deranged musician presses
His face against my window, flattening “my” cheeks
His stare, grazing my right ear like a bullet on target
His voice was educated and even
Not very loud…and…
It’s a darn good thing I wore my adolescence
Along with my water proofed watch
I felt very vulnerable and tired, and he knew
As he silently whispered “You’ve had a traumatic day”
Absorbing all sounds
He put his arms around me and dried my tears
I don’t exactly know how…but taking my hand in
His, like he loved me with all his heart…for a very long time..
His eyes met mine, and I spoke with my mind’s voice
“You’ve been way over protective, haven’t you”
He smiled, and answered….”Well, my dear, we
Do not tell God what to do, do we”?
I smiled and whispered back….I’ve been waiting for you
For what seems to be a very long time….
But, somehow, someway….you’ve always been right here with me
When I’ve felt the deepest and darkest rejection and despair
I knew you even then, when you didn’t have a name…that’s
When you dressed me in fatigues, sitting me on a warm chair
By the fire…with your arms always embracing…
He met my eyes with no response, just glanced at his watch smiling
“Its time to go”…..we sang with the radio all the way home
and for one moment, one instance in time…I felt like
together we were two doves….

Very celestial, I couldn't quite decide if your angel came to take you home or if he just came for comforting.  Couldn't quite do it, but that's the best part.

When reading this, the word hope comes to mind, an angel that delivers hope, perhaps revealing its self to you in a dream, and at the end that dream comes true?
I guess I have a strange imagination, anyway I love your poetry, mystery with little rays of light that almost reveal what's hidden...  Which makes the reader question what they have just seen...
