In the absence of flesh would
we cease in our desire?

Only our bones know for
certain.

And they...simply tremble in
reply.

Eric...and when the bones cease tremble, the soul still shines.  As always you capture a feeling in so few words and I shake my head and wonder how you do that.  Such talent you have!

Dear Eric, this makes me smile ... the image of rattling bones, but quite certainly desire is recorded into our very depth, past the bones, every component of us will forever know. And at the end of our process of transformation .... the song of desire will still echo ...
I love you. Margherita

Dear One...

I do believe that Margherita summed it all up pretty well...trembling bones can only lead to a quaking soul which will always resonate to the song of inifinity's call...and, to those it knows as lovers. Thank you for this...
