Now the cotton's listening
fingering
a gypsy dance
tiny cross
of silver gleam
salvation
burning
in my chest
as I dazzle cherry tips
watching this
a singer's stance
salsa
and a hip's romance
with the would-be's in the air...

watch me latin
side to side
syncopated
licking lies
beneath a cobra dance of lid...
hungry hungry hungry thighs
and an ass performancing
with a hand of tummy tight.

lightly sprite
I'm
loving this
pulling you...
too tight to me.

Now.

The cotton's listening.

Celeste.......
I never understand your stuff completely but it's always so sensuous that it's really a turn on to read.

Some great metaphors spread around in this piece. Good write!

I'd say your fever was around 105. Take an asprin and go to bed. But I did enjoy your dance.

Well,
Autumn is the time
for sprites and dryads
to dance freely
unashamed by human foolishness
or contrived propriety.

The question is in the rhythm,
the answer is in the dance.

I've gotta thank Carlos Santana for the inspiration. Him and the good people who produce Cuervo.

Hugs all.

(smiles) Oh my gosh, I just love your vibrant voice here, sweet friend, I'll be that flamenco guitarist in the corner strumming rasguerdo! (kiss on cheek) This is beautifully passionate, welcome to the Latin Quarter, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Carlos Santana, eh? He is one of my favorite guitarists of all time, and he too inspires beats in my poetry and song. Many of my poems are inspired by another Latin sensation...Shakira! Her grace and Santana's melody are both big inspirations to me!

I really enjoyed this, sweet friend!

Karen- I have to agree with Eric.. I might not always get the ideas,or the imagery, yet I always enjoy the masterful way that you put the words together.
