 Picture by Alan Ayers * * * My words have built some bridges Far out across the sea Like a book my heart lays open It reveals so much of me Many friendships have been made As my words reach out to you I share with you my life Inside my soul I take you to Once I was low on self esteem And lost within my sorrow But your words gave me hope For a much brighter tomorrow There is always someone else Much worse off than me I try to step inside my shoes Which enables me to see I don't wallow in self pity I like to do what I can To bring much love and happiness Towards my fellow man My possessions are not many But there is much that I can do My words are far outreaching Coming from my heart to you * * * "Other people can affect your happiness but they are not responsible for it Love gives happiness, it does not demand it" I am in motion |

I have to say that I'm truly overwhelmed by all the heartfelt words I have read from all my friends here at PIP. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that writing could bring so much to my life, it has turned my life around.
