With my darkling

Handfulls of sorry
handfulls of grass
got me slapped, when I woke up
just like handfulls of ass

and a fistfull of anger
is a fistfull of shame
got me slapped when I woke up
with a fistfull of flame

and an armload of worry
is an armload of waste
got me slapped when I woke up
by an armload of haste

and a lifetime of learning
is a lifetime of pain
got me slapped when I woke up
by a lifetime of drain

So sorry for your pain throughout this piece of poetry...hugs to your heart!

~ARH

True poets don't write with the ink of quill or pen, but with the ink of their heart~
