Just a Walk

I walked upon a spider’s web
Just about the time of ebb
Carefully I stepped each strand
Lightly touching hand on hand

Curiosity, light of rum
Juiced me like a wad of gum
Drove away my fear of catch
The possible of my dispatch

It was my youth that held the shield
It made impervious my wield
And I was set for any game
Protected by a youths enflame

But luckily I woke the dream
Before the end of luckless seem
And I survived to dream again
To this I say Amen, Amen.

Dream your dreams and watch your lie
Not all dreams are apple pie.

Good morning, Mr. T.!

~ Whew! That was a close one!

If I had dreamt of a spider, I may not have survived the night! LOL

Ahhhh ... the passions of youth to keep us strong and impervious! What a smile this brought to me this morning, Sy. "Not all dreams are apple pie" ... loved that!

Great message, and a lovely form.

Best wishes and good morning hugs,
/Kit

And some dreams don't even mean what we think!
Come, sit and have tea, and tell me all about it.

And my little one is mocking my "Aha" to this one Seymour.  I had to "Aha" aloud.  Wonderful write.  I have wondered the same thing Marge Tindal wonders.  But I will keep questioning to myself and just be thankful that you do and do it so well!

(sigh) Oh Seymour, this is very true, dearest friend, and that is perhaps why children ever so much change their minds on their dreams as they grow as they gain wisdom and only the most earnest dreams can come true! (big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, good morning, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
