Princess Blade
(True Love Never Dies)

No one knew this better than I.
When Princess Blade drew her
sword someone was about to die.
When it came to things of her sword
none would survive with stories to tell.
For her sword was known to silence evil
men and send them straight to hell.
Live by the sword, die by the sword.
Words a wise man once took the time to share.
And I knew that one day Princess Blade would
pass away and leave behind those that cared.
Sad to see it happen before my very eyes.
A fatal blow to her heart finished her off.
In remorse, I kissed the Princess Blade goodbye.
Though she's gone I dearly miss her and I cry.
This I leave with you, "true love never dies."

Thank you for the advice!--I'll put my sword away!

Seriously speaking, this was a bit of a departure from your usual style, and it too, was a very interesting read.

And yes, if the love is true, I do believe that it never dies.

What a odd little poem! Methinks you've been cheating -- those comics lose value if you read 'em too much, gotta save 'em for resale when they're nice and rare....
