Words fly Hearts cry People lie While I die... Standing in my corner Facing the wall Turning to face the world Spreading my clipped wings Regaining strength Finding flight beyond the cage Searching for answers Grasping at hope Seeing formidable truth Knowing my faults Accepting what's past Rebuilding my future Wanting my solace Needing you Freeing you instead Ascertaining my path Embracing it Dancing among the ruin Rejoicing the freedom Choosing my destiny Laughing all the way Dying is done Living's begun... |
