Wife

Now my journey nears its end.
How quickly the time has flown
Gone now my joy,my love ,my friend
The wife I called my own.

We walked together on lifes hill
But now I must walk alone
Yet you my dear are with me still
Sweetheart,I am so nearly home

Perfect!
Hauntingly sad...yet lovely in it's brevity.

This one made me tear up. Sorry to get weepy on you, but this is so affecting.

Arthur, this is so touching...
I wish you well...and
I wish you peace.

I'll share this verse with you. You may keep this if you wish.
Love Bon-Bon

Remember Me

Remember me when I leave and go beneath the
darkened earth in quiet sleep.
Remember that it is only for a little while,
just the blink of an eye.
Remember my laughter, not my pain.
Remember my smile, not my tears.
Remember my gentle ways,
not my anger and frustration.
Remember, “I Love You,” and one day,
I will return to your arms
and
loving embrace.
Remember when we meet again,
there will be no
pain or sorrow only
peace and happiness.
Remember Me

May the remainder of this journey be all you can make of it and may you walk hand in hand once more in the next.
