The Willow Tree

Under the weeping willow tree
We steeped a cup of darling’s tea
And there within the moonlights share
We dreamed a dream of nights ensnare.

You held my hand and held my heart
And I the brand your heart impart
With words of velvets snow white glove
We tendered us the acts of love.

It was a night beyond compare
We chased the dragons from their lair
The world stood still without a rhyme
And you were mine for countless time.

An instant of eternity
A lifetime of ecstasy
The heavens lifted us above
A moment of eternal love

And now I’m in forever’s awe
And would it be forevermore.

"the world stood still without a ryhme"
and yet the beat of heart kept time
for Randy would round the bend you see
and keep us twined in fantasy...

Good, good Sunday Morning Sy.

Dear tender T-Man,

You write with such sweet grace and tenderness, I truly swooned reading your words of love and romance. Isabel is one fortunate woman to have a man as romantic as you.

This was so beautiful! It was like a page out of a dream book...

I want to read this over and over again. Not only do you have the soul of a poet, you have the romantic heart of one as well.

Lovely poem, Sir Sonneteer!

Oh, and by the way, I saved this!
