The Weight Of The Stones

As we go through this life,
we gather stones, some are ours
and the others are from other people
as they want us to carry their stones

I didnt realize this til a dear friend told me
to drop the stones that are not mine to carry
It is up to us to let the stone stay right where
someone drops it, even though they would love
for us to carry it.

I have taken a look at the load i carry, as i know
some of the stones i still hold are not of my own
And to drop those stones i would be stepping out of
my comfort zone.

I know I need to drop those stones that i still hold that arent my own
As releasing those stones would take off some of the things that
weigh heavy on my mind
So i will some how find a way to drop those stones that arent
of my own doing

So I pass on this wisdom to you as it was passed down to me
Take a look at the stones you carry, for not all will be your own
The ones that arent your own, let them go

Don't be responsible for the stones that arent your own
cause they will weigh you down, hold you back
Make the choice to Not pick up the stones

Once you drop those stones, you will be able to spread your wings
you will feel so free, and even though you might be out of your
comfort zone, you will want to soar.

So Drop those stones that are not your own,
Spread your wings, Soar on the wind,
fly high into the sky, Reach for the stars,
Dont be held down by the weight of the stones.

I find two very important facts ...

         the stones which you talk of

             and

           one's comfort zone.

      I had two such friends that past on these incredible beliefs .....

           but I find the burden of others too deep to pass by.

         Strong are your shared thoughts ...
