Pulsing black hole
unknown vacuum
ceasing existence.
I'm not here
in the blanketed night.
Brain waves function voluntarily.
Yet, on another parallel
the spirit cries for familarity.
Stump,
trapped in the ground.
Roots reaching
inward, outward
fighting the suction.
Finding the way,
Craving the sun,
Requesting to be seen.

Unusual subject challenging deepest
thoughts. Cleverly penned!
Enjoyed!

Always remember to keep them fluffed
but, never, EVER ruffle them!
