where the wild flowers grow

Bear,
long course riding..
I've held you.

Par
v
o

..

"please,"
I say through
teary eyes
and red cheeks
"live."

turning your  ears
rightside out

so that perhaps
the soul inside you
will hear me

cheering you on.

Bear,
disease never held you clear
as I would..

The thought of missing you
breaks

my heart..

Bathing you in
cool water

fever..

Carry you out
in front of
water,

please..
if you take him away from me

oh if you such as
lay a hand on him
o disease

..

I'll never forgive you..
I'll never forget.

par
v
o

Don't take my
Bear away.

What does Bear have? -sniffles- I hope everything turns out alright

I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man.

Bear has parvo.. We've made plans to take him to the vet, but we're still unsure. He's VERY ill. Praying to the Goddess that he makes it through okay.

That is so sad and touching. I'll pray that your Bear stays with you.

my condolences.

i had one go quite suddenly also.

it is quite poetic that the rose bush we planted on her grave in the yard grows like mad.

my poetry queen, you know bear will forever be in your heart...

Oh I am so sorry, may I refer you to rainbowsbridge.com? It helped me greatly when my kitty Mia, of 19 years, passed away.
