Fool's Errand

Sometimes
the want
to believe and trust
is greater than the common sense

Sometimes
the need
to feel a part of
forgoes honesty

Sometimes
sincerity is tromped on,
mishandled, leaving
an empty feeling
behind...

"Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less."
(Will Moss)

So true, Maureen...sometimes
these things do happen.

We always want to think the best when our hearts tell us differently. I sense your pain and hurt. Time heals. Trust again!

OH crap!!!  If it weren't for the birds!!!
Keep your head Maureen!
I've seen you dodge, when they dive!!

You know I love the way you write,
and how I read into every word with a sigh.

Love and hugs~

Sometimes people are so careless of what they have that they simply throw it away...

you wrote this... just as it feels... painful honesty.

Unfortunate that it should happen.  A moving read.

Keep writing!
