Good Girl Gone….Bad

it’s not so much
I wish him ill
just want him to
know a bit of how I feel
for what I once knew
crumbled down to dust
when I walked over
the thin line of trust
I am a dry desert
of blowing sand
never once crossing his mind
he didn’t understand
did he not see me broken
empty in this void
unspoken things gone
once precious now destroyed
and I wish now that
he is in her arms
he sees my eyes
thinking of my charms
and when he touches lips
it is mine he will kiss
for he needs to see
what it is I miss
and it could be true
I am inside out in tilt
and not acting myself
but I feel no guilt
and I can see him tossing
in his sleep thinking what he had
and tomorrow I’ll be better
I am just a good girl gone….bad

"if you keep looking back, you are going to miss your whole life" Unknown

Bravo Lady!

I am inside out in tilt
and not acting myself
but I feel no guilt

Beautiful words coming from that pen!

Excellent writing.  Just be careful of that for which you wish.  You could produce these things but the rule of three may bring a higher price than you expected.  *smile*

The difference between revenge and vengeance is the heat at which the dish is served; both mat have the same ingedients.

Vengeance is served hot right from the oven which cooked it; it usually burns all it touches even the preparer.  Revenge is dessert for the patient; it is a dish best served very cold.

I loved the bitterness in this. This is different, for you.

I said I'm going to buy a gun and start a war,
If you can tell me something worth fighting for

Helen,
Is that called tender revenge? Nicely done...

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Good girl gone?
Ok
. . . Bad?
Don't be too hard on yourself.

A brave piece, this.

Helen:

ya know . . . ithink this every single day and have come to the conclusion that they are the ones missing out and one day they shall awake and realize exactly what they have given up or misused . . .
Good girl - gone bad?
Maybe . . .
I like to think that I have one angel on one shoulder and two devils on the other
I wish I had written this myself

Excellent work... and the sad thing is... sometimes they do think of us more in their new lives than they ever did before discarding us. *S*

First of all, you're a natural beauty! I love your new photo!

Next, I'd like to say that I understand where you're coming from and that you did one fine job of expressing those emotions! Boy, did you ever!

In time he may realize that the green grass might very well have been growing over a septic tank! At least we leavees would like to think so! LOL

And I? Seem to be a bad girl gone...good!

shaking my head...we have to cut this out, HELEN!!!

LMAO...

But seriously? There's pain in this. You just keep on being yourself. Others will always have an opinion as to good and evil. And you KNOW what I have to say about that!
