Lost Sweet Hearts

The smile you place before me
can not make me bare all the trouble
that smile has brung to me.

even when i used to stare into
those baby blue eyes,even when
you whispered sweet nothings
in the end they were only lies

we loved each other for six years
feels like even more,can't belive
you done this to me. no i can't
belive your scorn.

bitter words said back in forth
if the truth be told,all i was
trying to do for you,is to make you
happy and make a good home.

oh how my heart raced,when you
told me i was the one,oh how
my heart ached when you told
me you wanted to be the single
one.

so i press on each day
with the tears coming
less,from my sad clear
blue eyes. once i thought
life with out you,would
just be so hard for
me to bare. i thought
i would be too scared.

In the end it stills feel
loney and cold inside.
but i will find some happiness
this time love i won't
be denied.

Fool me once shame on you.....Fool me twice shame on me.....

i still feel crappy about my whole situation. but if feels like i realease some of the badness from inside when i write.

im glad you enjoyed this poem,ive enjoyed some of yours as well.
