My Castle Memories mortar cast in clay Phantoms castle I would stay Touting only those of good Touched my heart and understood Walls are made of fantasy The thickness of an argosy With passages of inner wile Each one tiled of guile and smile A Silo full of premise theme A magic carpet gyro dream A played illusion of the core A space ship to its reservoir And there in hide, another world An antimatter underworld An oasis where I dwell With dates and figs and wishing well. This is my food my goal and feat This is my wheat the bread I eat. |
