Footprints in the Sand

We wrote loving thoughts on
the beach, with our footprints
in the sand. Then ocean tides
washed away our thoughts, but
not our love, for our footprints
carry it wherever we may go.

Poetry gives us relief, We give poetry reason.

I go to the beach and I can see all those footprints that have been washed away - They dance upon the surface when the sun shines just right... Much enjoyed, Q...
