Almost I am almost over you who says a friend is time I no longer say your name and try to keep it from my mind my heart still beats in repair it has no other choice I welcome the silence of the echo in words that ring from this voice soon there will be no pain no, nothing left to feel walls that I had taken down come back to help me heal I now know myself much better and the confusion of emotion I thought a breath had stirred me to find breathing was just air in motion |

Helen, this is excellent writing, I know you're going through a tough time right now and all I can offer is my support and understanding  And? am I allowed to be selfish and say that I relate...he's married now, it's complicated and I'm still trying to get over it....long story....but this poem moved me nonetheless.
