The Explorer Shrugs
Matt Keach

You are roaming in the wild
Stuck on the outside, looking in.
You are touring the country side.
Fallen on the inside, looking out.
I, have traversed the outside...
I've wandered every hole in the sponge...
I've struggled in valleys of acceptance
and rejoiced in mountains of denial.
Alas I am disheartened, and want for nothing
but to stop and sulk in this void;
the best terrain i've yet found.
Best wishes for your hastened voyage
and an early retirement.

I liked those lines especially.

Early retirement sounds good to me - even though I'm an explorer at heart... Nice write...
