An altering of states Chewing at the fringe of solitude Moving deeper out of reach, Silent in a dark beatitude Sandstone mocking footprints on the beach Traveling the light Calming in myself the fray of fear Moving to the night Empty of the energy to tear Shallow breaths implore, a quickening to reach A riveting of fact Convulsed upon the images in sleep Piecing mirrors cracked Lifting off constraint in slumber deep Sifting through the hour glass tomorrow’s teach An altering of states Chipped away from mountains ever high Moving to the edge of stationary slates Looking into blackness’ pristine sigh Summoning of spirits into oneness, a dream to breach Unchained, the birth of dream awaits Copyright Kkh 5/5/03 |

Sometimes...a dream can sure help make a day a lot less hectic, far more tolerable. Yet, sometimes they just don't seem to materialize...or did they??? Nicely done K. Pleasant Dreams!! |
