In Need of Tomorrow

I'm not sure about you.
What you're attempting to do.
Ever since you hurt me.

No matter how hard I try
to allow the good
feelings to survive
you still hurt me.

Enough is enough.
On another day perhaps
I could put you away.
But definately
not today.

That's why
I'm in need
of tomorrow.

Yes, sometimes I understand how that feels. It hurts so bad, and you just one to let it go... but just not today... coz today you want to be allowed to wallow in misery...

You'll pick yourself up tomorrow. Tomorrow, you'll be stronger.

Every one needs something to look forward to, if not for tomorow, where would we be?

Enjoy tomorrow, yesterday is gone.

Deeply heartfelt and touching to the reader...It made my heart hurt for any who are hurt by others....Well done...

This is a beautiful heartfelt poem. Did you know you had a poem accepted for publication in the book? Check out the tabulations page, you might still be able to get in.

James,

It may take a few tomorrows to forget about the hurt.  If she was meant to be again in your life, she will be patient in your tomorrows.  I hope this makes sense?

I really liked this one... makes me think of that man who I love and am giving him his tomorrows to decide he loves me.

(big hugggsssssss) Yes, tomorrow is way too precious, so let it all go today so then you have no burden to have to surmount every coming day! (sigh) Letting go is the hardest part I know but you can do it, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet James, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
