The frozen tears
Of a guardian angel

Icy droplets
Falling from somewhere above

Catch them in your hand
And watch them melt away

Each one so different
But also so the same

Pouring down from the sky
Growing thicker by the minute

Masking the world
In a cover of white mystery

And when it melts away
It reveals to you

The things you forgot
The trees, the grass

The world is back with you again
The way it’s always been

"Some men see things as they are and say why? I dream things that never were and say why not?"

Yes Rose, the seasons of life, the cycles go on and life is restored.  Very well done.

Ah yes, and as an Alaskan who moved to England, I can say that I enjoyed reading this one!! You show the beauty, and delicate workings of that white stuff....but I'm also glad that I now live where the snow doesn't fall for 6 months at a time, and I don't have to shovel it!!!!  Loved this, and by the way.....we, in England, have a new forecast for snow......maybe on New Years Day!!

Today is a new beginning!!!

This is a pretty poem. I like to read about snow and see it in pictures. We hardly ever see any here in Florida...
