Through the room, moonbeams danced upon her hem
Perchance tomorrow twilight laced around long stem
Yet there he stood, his eyes to bathe her soul in stir
True North attuned, magnetic from the shell to core of her

Without a sound, upon the breezes whistled her perfume
By fate and time they stood alone within the crowded room
In shivered chaos notes that played to guide together thus
And pulses ceased as in his eyes in passion’s weathered gusts

Through so long to travel and behold a cipher’s crest
Beating in the blood and driving surges through the chest
Through the room, moonbeams danced upon her hand
To touch the fires scorch on trade winds writhing fanned

To savor long the buttered feel and parted lips to purr
Breathing in the same and hungry tempo bodies blur
By then the pounding of his heart heard deeply in her own
Eternity resounded as she met his true emotions blown

Without a pause to whisper to his cheek the lightest contact made
To taste and yet discover of his might and mercy once conveyed
And lost into each other, he enfolded her unspoiled wilderness
For the endless yearning clarified within the sweetness of his kiss

Ahhhhh. I sighed, too. Loved it!

Thanks,
