No shot glass for
Me to relieve
Thoughts that spin
Through my head
Or help me sleep
When time for bed
No liquid burn
Down my throat
Eyes closed
Pleasure in the pain
No cough or choke
Just waiting
Not to feel

Light a few
Candles
Make sure
Water’s
Real hot
Pour in the
Vanilla and Peach
I can hear
Bubbles pop
Sinking down into
My spot
I’m left alone
With my thoughts
Hoping beautiful smells
And flickering flame
Will wash the day
Right down the drain

For tomorrow it
Will all be the same

Maybe try vanilla and roses instead of peach? Might give the day a different scent.
I actually favor french lavender myself.

Sounds like all the right ingredients to
make it all just right.  Wishing you the
best of the day...
