I lay fetal
Ripped flesh
and bare bone
licking my
heart clean
Poisoned
wounds
that
run deep
Serrated ideals
that pierce
flesh
and bleed
soul

in comparison? smile.

Tonight I'm just a bit disillusioned.

But oh you write the pain of it well.

Thanks Karen it's a painful subject for me having been raised one way and then realizing the horrible truth..

Ed even after all these years it can still hurt..muscle memory perhaps?

horrifically wonderful. if you could see the picture you created in my head, you'd be scared! painful, to say the least, you're words once again, took form, and became alive to me. very well written Raph.
lots of love, gemma xxxxxxxx

learning each day, for you and i, our paths have met, i've already learnt that you are love.

So stop skinning yourself and go hop about, have some fun.
A good write, Raph. But you've left some dried blood on my canvass, so you'll have to go get a big sponge and wipe it up so we have a clean canvass for the new year.

OK, you can sheath the blade now....wipe off
the blood and heal....searingly painful
write in few but powerful words..
