An Unwritten Promise

You spend days with them.
Willing to continue to know them,
Keeping the seasons warm.
You can never forget
What they mean in your life.
And as time passes,
You admire them more.
A foundation for your soul,
A spark to your happiness,
And a pain in your heart when things change.
You will always love your friends
Who love keeping you close
And committing to an Unwritten Promise.
Rewritten with every thought of them.
