I never could say
goodbye.
It was safer for both of us
for me to turn
and walk away,
not see the look
upon your face.
It would have frozen mine
forevermore
in shock and disgrace.
My heart stopped
in midbeat
as I felt the heat
of love turn cold
with each step.
I never could say
goodbye.
Until today.

Eric, Bill, sunshine...thank you.

I heard that song a few days ago, and I guess it must have triggered this release,
the opportunity to finally say a long overdue goodbye.

Quite a sad subject, something I can relate to.  Nice work there.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Jade, this sounds so very sad, sweet friend, I believe goodbye is the saddest word in the dictionary and I hate to do that! (sad sigh) I send angel hugs your way, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Jade, this is really good. It's beautiful, even though it is sad.
