Mortality; it heeds not time
Nor death, which comes at end
It offers but the chance to live
And time on earth to spend

Such an interesting thought it doesn't hurt to post this twice; smiling here...

I do like this, and can only say if life was meant to be heaven on earth, there would be no point ~in live birth~.....and all the honing it takes to make our spirits shine....

Dear Pat, thanks for the reply, I went to a friends funeral the other week, I then found a lot to write about, nice to share with some friends. PS, I did not know if the first post worked, Had to share you know. Again thanks.

Toerag, thanks for the reply.
Your touch may be cold and my last, but the life I had will remain in the memories of those I did love. Death come to all, but how lucky we were to have lived.

Sincerely
Rick

This is an interesting and positive introspection of an otherwise finite concept...
