I have a girlfriend who is too shy she has a tendency to let men push her around because if they are pushing they are there thus she isn't alone she is too shy and does not make the men she sleeps with wear condoms she can't push the words out her tightly closed throat and every month before her period she worries and paces and cries herself to sleep scared half to death until finally thankfully her body speaks and throws the bad seed away |

This seemingly simple poem is quite a psychological profile. I think we all know such a girl. sigh. Some of us have even been her. well y'woke me up. I only pray she wakes up soon too. tsk. I think I'll have another cup of coffee anyway. |

A very sad profile. I feel sorry for anyone who would have such low self-esteem. Besides the pregnancy issue brought up in your informative poem, there is also the disease factor. Hope you can talk to this young woman. You expressed the way of many, I am afraid. Good job. Hugs, Pat  ..without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.. |

Harmful choices caused by lack of self esteem... Then causing behaviors that cause even less esteem and more harmful self destructive choices.... The cycle never ending, ever repeating... until they finally say they need help... and believe they do!! Sad part of evolution/creation.. |

you have to talk to her! It's not just an every month thing now...it's a lifelong sentence...a death sentence. Please talk to your friend. I personally am not having sex right now, haven't for awhile...tastes change...but I was just like that...and I can see that your friend has a reckless attitude and I'm going to tell you, she will end up with a baby or even worse...AIDS! |
