I've made so many friends
Through my love of poetry
And although we're far in distance
I feel your presence close to me

The written word brought us together
And how I feel so very blessed
For it has changed my life completely
How could I possibly have guessed?

I feel my words outreaching
As my heart opens up to you
And exposes my inner feelings
Sharing things that I've been through

It is through your inspiration
Your words lift me so much higher
There's one thing I know for certain
Of poetry, I'll never tire

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Sue, God Bless You, sweet friend, I too will never stop writing no matter how diverse my tone may be as I believe in creation which is what the Latin word poesia was derived from, becoming what we know and love now! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Hi Sue -- I've missed you!  I'll never tire of your poetry either and I'm so glad it brought us together. A special far away friend.

Actually, I had a dream the other night that I came to meet you. Mostly what I remember was how very hot it was!

Hugs, Marti

Thank you all for your inspiring comments and I feel so privileged to be amongst so many genuine and talented people who have made me feel so welcome.

Marti, it's so nice to see you.  I have just come back from holidays and this is my first post.  You are so right when you say how hot it is.  We are in for a hot week this week with most days above 34 degrees celcius.  I plan to email you after I get to read your letter and I hope you are feeling better.

Take care......Sue

Hello Barry

I read a couple of books while I was away and one of them is called Stephen King - On
Writing which is absolutely fascinating.  It is so nice to know that I was missed and I thank you for your comment.
