 A white cathedral atop a hillcrest sits in majestic elegance, its grandeur, stark and sleek, the zenith of worship man dares to reach. From below the hill’s slope, grass is dying with summer heat, And I, parched to my very soul enters His house begging for His grace. How refreshing to cross a threshold into a place of silence and peace, life's ordinary rituals left behind, be immersed in His awesome presence. |
