I only hear you in silence
Only see you when eyes are closed
Never touched the big reveal
But feel the big divide (hello)

I have never felt your presence
Only seen you in my heart
Never felt the what if, what not’s,
the welcome in my heart

What I want is not important
All I know is questionable
It’s all the same, another day,
A revelation?

Kept looking for the prophet
Only seeing what I want
Everything’s imaginary
That’s the way we roll

Old followers I never visit,
remember what they’re like
Every Church is a union of the known and the UNKNOWN
(All together now- big sigh or sign?)
Consider yourself lucky if you consider it a home

I saw a smokescreen in the aisle
Misinterpret at the pulpit
Blind and crazy visions as salvation as a given
Only see you when eyes are closed
Never touched the big reveal
But feel the big divide is standard in the aisles
Tidal waves of people dizzy with euphoria
Begging for a fantasy
An image to blank reality

God's love is so empowering,
relaxing and filling;
It gives us great hope for our eternal being
Love this, love that throws a tithe within the hat
God is keeping score, we are just to follow
Or maybe in a blunt filled way we should think, then follow?
