Ultimate Healing

God doesn’t always cure and heal
Accordingly to how we feel
And sometimes it seems no big deal
While other times it’s odd
We’ll think there is no God
No God to heal, no God to care
No God be found here anywhere
But in the shadows of a prayer
There’s still a God that’s found
When we but look around
And search down deep within our hearts
A miracle of Faith will start
To grow a seed—to grow a part
Of Wonderful and Good
And that not understood
Of lessons taught and lessons learned
Will somehow be of no concern
For of the healings we’ve most yearned
There’s one that stands above
And that’s to know God’s Love.

God bless,
Lighthouse Bob

Well written and well said! All things must work together for our good, IF we love God.

There is nothing more wonderful than knowing, in spite of how unworthy I am, that God Almighty loves me.  You are right, that has to be the ultimate healing.  Thanks for sharing your wisdom in great poetic form.

Just because we don't like the answer, doesn't mean he's not answering.  Great work, Bob.  Love, Joyce
