“WITHIN A DAYDREAM” by Bill Charles ~~~~ I’ve searched close, and searched far away, but I’m not too sure what that might mean, certainly all over the place looking for you, from here, there, up, down, and to Abilene… I’ve seen the surf, as it caressed one lovely, clouds strolling, when I melted with another, mountains high where I kissed someone else, lake calm, a place where she would capture… I wonder if I’m destined forever to be, perhaps a wanderer in the grand scheme, will I ever see a river peacefully flowing, have someone, or am I within a daydream… ~~~~ |
