Melting Lines

aching
for a candle’s fire
dissolving verse
within desire
solid lines melt
to liquid again
lit beneath
the fire of pen
yearning of
this waxen dance
hypnotized moves
to flickered trance
soothing scents
ebbs in flow
inspiration burns
poetry unlocks its glow

I’m not disappointed,  I never expected anything from you.

Seems that way doesn't it.
As if suddenly a lock is removed and we are carried away in the ease of the flow of inspiration.

Enjoyed!
God bless!

Helen, This is great! You manage to say so much in so few words. Yes, this is how it seems when writing.

Thanks,
Warmly,
Pat
