You say that you have never found it easy to express yourself in words or written verse your thoughts of tenderness Not everyone's a poet, love, nor do you need to be It's all right there in all the ways you show me... Although I am a poet, and my words come out in rhyme I've heard too many promises and words that fade with time So when I met your loving heart and felt your honesty I knew that here, at last was one to show me... We've grown to love each other in a very special way Thanksgiving we have set aside to be our wedding day And when you place that golden ring where it will ever be The world will see the love you always show me... I'll walk with you forever, love my hand held tight in yours Together to experience the opening of new doors The Poet and the Music Maker, joined in harmony And all because you knew just how to show me... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a special poem to my Music Maker, to celebrate this special day. We have chosen Thanksgiving Day to be our wedding day, and we would love to know that our dear friends here at Passions are there with us, in their hearts.Thank you all for the many moments of pleasure we have spent sharing with you, and you with us... Thank you, Darling - Another lovely gift on this, our Wedding Day. A Year ago, you sailed into the unknown, 9,000 miles from your home in Alaska to join me in England. This day is the culmination of our romance that started with a few words on ICQ Chat. We both have Music & Poetry in our hearts, and a love that grows daily. Now......Unknown to you, until you read this reply, I will reveal my secret...Our cases are already packed, and we are off to Paris, France for the Honeymoon that you thought we were having at home, immediately after the reception !!!!! Just another line - as I am allowed to be naughty on our wedding day!!!! I am only putting this in to bring it back to the top for you Darling, as I think that at page 5 now, many of our friends will have missed it. (I may even do it again, later !!!!)
