 ~* She Said … He Said *~ ~* She *~ You used to whisper such beautiful Sweet nothings in my ear, Now I hear you bellowing, “Honey, bring me another beer!” ~* He *~ You used to rub my feet at night, then massage the back of my neck. Now your only purpose in life Is to wake up and give me heck! ~* She *~ You used to bring me flowers I would put one in my hair, Now when I put on a new dress, Do you notice or even care? ~* He *~ Your skin was soft as velvet, You smelled like a fragrant rose. Now your hair's always such a mess, Tracksuits,your only clothes. ~* She *~ You’d take me out for dinner And to a movie like on a date. I even got a kiss goodnight, After we made love 'til late. ~* He *~ You'd iron all my clothes for work, And put love notes in my lunch, Now all my clothes are on the floor, Mixed up in a great big bunch. ~* She *~ You used to come up behind me Kiss me when I was washing dishes. You were my Prince Charming, Filling all childhood wishes. ~* He *~ I admit we've changed a lot, but honey, I still love you. Let's get away, rekindle that love, Yes, that's what we should do. ~* She *~ You really mean it, the two of us No kids,like a second honeymoon?  (giggles in delight) Awwwwwwww, now if only they can come to some kind of compromise! LOL! Like that may ever happen! Hehehe! Thank you one and all, and believe it or not I was actually married to a man once that loved fishing more than me, so I gave him a fishing rod and said, "Have a nice life!" There was a happy ending for he had a nice life sitting in his little dingy and now so do I  |
