Floating in the great unknown
Unexplored possibilities abound
No distinct boundaries exist
For no one can claim this territory

The mind is in total limbo
All directions pointing no where
Yet everywhere
Limitations are your own undoing

You can live in a cocoon
Or break free spinning
Into the largest horizon
There is no in between

Vast lonely open space making you
Want to retreat to the security
Of comfort levels
But driven beyond by an unknown force

Struggling in reality
No one can see this internal struggle
For this battle is in mind control
Where being different
Does not make you crazy

So in this universe
Is where your spirituality exists
The inner core of your believes
That makes you so different

It is here some of our greatest fears exist
The greatest exhilarations of self worth
The storms that destroy and enlighten
The justification of our existence

The purpose of our breathing
The words that must come out
Of a poets mind
To effect humanity
