    ~*~

On Halloween night, the snickering witch
rides through the sky with a flickering twitch.
Her broomstick creaked with a hint of a glitch
that in a quick lick she could easily fix.

She snickered and crackled a gaggling gloat,
"This old cracking broomstick had best stay afloat."
Then all of the sudden dozens of covens
of cackling witches, her witch poet cousins.

Grabbed brooms of there own and were trying to pitch
the snickering witch right into a ditch.
The witches of Salem, used snippets of witchery.
Sorceress Nan tried tidbits of trickery.

Marge mangled magic with myths of her muse.
Enchantress and Sunshine put voodoo to use.
Mystic Mysteria went into hysteria,
as the snickering witch crashed into wisteria.

Wizard Sy saw the plight of the poor snickering witch,
he dumped wenches of witches in trenches of ditches.
The two flew away, snickering witch on his lap
And they’ll fly in the sky til that broomstick will crack.

I'm flying high in the sky
But who am I - that's the mystery

(Hint) I am a beauty - a real cutie

"The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out, and bugs play peek a boo 'round your snoot" it is sure great to still be a kid you know?

Now aren't you the clever little witch?  If you recite this poem kind of slow it works with the music and then you can be like me - laughing yourself silly (which is of course my favorite thing to do).  Oh...and by the way, I think that witch is quite fashionable myself.  I wonder where she got that wonderful hat?  Oh, you are so clever!  Happy Halloween to you and all the kids at your house Liz, and if I could be anywhere it would be at your house tonight sharing with that wonderful family of yours.

Happy Halloween Liz

It is our lovely Mysteria. She had to work hard to get ugly, kind of hsrd to hide a beautiful face
Thank you mysteria for all the graphics. All I did was write a little poem and look what you did with it - amazing
Happy Halloween!!

I can't take credit for that facial structure work, someone who is in the "business" made me up like that, but that was my favorite garage sale hat I wore LOL, love you girl, and glad you liked my Halloween surprise for you.
