hiding from pain running from tears don't let them get close and see your fears put up your shields try to relax nobody cares everything's lax noone cares noone sees friendship and acceptance things you don't need shrug off the insults ignore the stares noone knows you and noone cares love is stupid and they all can't see the tears in your eyes ...outcasts don't bleed "Nothing is so strong as gentleness; Nothing so gentle as real strength." -Francis de Sales. |

I felt that way for a long time. Now I've realized that even though I felt completely alone, there were people there that cared about me and wanted me to be ok. I'm sure that there is someone out there that loves you, so you won't be as much of an "outsider". I understand competely. I wrote this when I was in the middle of a really rough patch in my life, and I felt like I was truly alone. I know better now, andI'm actually somewhat popular (go figure). Anywho... I'm in a much better place now than I was when I originally wrote this.
